1 #2 Can Crushed Pineapple        
 1 Cup Sugar
 Pinch of Salt
 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
 1 baked pie shell
 Whipped Cream 
 Juice of 1/2 Lemon
 Cook pineaple with sugar, salt and lemon    
 Juice.
 Thicken with cornstarch. Put in pie shell. 
 Let cool then top with wipped cream.
